What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, email, location, an optional phone number, and what you write about your dog and what you need. When a business submits a listing we collect the business details and a contact email.

We don't require accounts and we don't collect payment details — payments for featured listings are handled entirely by Stripe, and card details never reach our servers.

How quote requests are used

This is the important part: when you submit a quote request, we forward it by email to relevant trainers so they can reply to you directly. That's the entire point of the form. Depending on the page you submitted from, it may go to one trainer or to a small number of matching trainers in your area.

We do not sell your details, share them with data brokers or advertisers, or add you to marketing lists. Trainers receive your request in order to respond to it.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics that record page views without tracking individuals across sites. We don't run advertising trackers.

Retention and deletion

Quote requests are retained so we can resolve disputes and improve matching. Email hello@boardandtrainhq.com at any time to have your data deleted, and we'll do it — no verification hoops. Note that we can't retract a request already emailed to a trainer.

Business listings

Listing information is drawn from businesses' own public websites. If you operate a listed business and want it corrected or removed, email us and we'll do it.
